Date: 7th October 2018
Sunday 7th October 2018 Meeting at 0830 at the car park at the Creag Meagaidh Nature Reserve on the north side of the A86, opposite Loch Laggan. The postcode for sat navs is PH20 1BX.
This is a level 3 walk due to the distance. 16km in length with approximately 1200m of ascent which should take between 7 and 9 hours to complete.
We will tackle the two Munros of Beinn a'Chaorainn and Beinn Teallach which are to the western edge of the Creag Meagaidh plateau. These hills are less visited than their near neighbours of the Creag Meagaidh circuit. Lower down the walk can be boggy in the wet ground but once height has been gained, we will handrail the spectacular ridgeline of Beinn a'Chaorainn.
